Chatwin Homes has been building homes since 1995 and quickly set a new standard in home building.

Our goal at Chatwin Homes is to build high quality, efficient homes that include items most builders consider upgrades as standard features. We introduce a management philosophy which includes a detailed budgeting process, a schedule that dictates all aspects of the project and a quality control system ensuring the integrity of the construction.

We have been building homes for the Utah Valley Parade of Homes since 2008 and have been receiving awards, such as "Best Home" Award, since 2010 and other awards as listed below.

Chatwin Homes is proud to be a part of many great communities in Utah.  We have built homes in nearly every city in Utah County, as well as building in Salt Lake County, Wasatch County and Summit County.
